Content you create

We store the prompts you write, the images you upload (for example avatar photos and reference images), the images and videos generated for you, captions, and details such as the AI model used and its cost. This content is private to your account.

2. Google and YouTube user data

Motion Studio uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

ContentAI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Facebook and Instagram user data

Data received from Meta is used only to publish content you select to the Facebook Page or Instagram account you choose, and to show you which accounts are connected. To publish, we give Meta a temporary link (valid for one hour) from which Meta downloads the selected image or video. Meta's handling of your data is described in the Meta Privacy Policy.

Content you have already published to YouTube, Facebook or Instagram stays on those platforms until you remove it there.

7. How to delete your data

  1. Delete a single item: open it in the Library and press Delete. The file and its record are removed.
  2. Disconnect a platform: open Share in the Library, choose the platform and press Disconnect. Its IDs and tokens are deleted from our database.
  3. Remove our access at the platform: for Facebook and Instagram, go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Instagram Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites) and remove ContentAI. For Google, use your Google Account connections page.
  4. Delete your whole account: email contentai2038@gmail.com from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. We will delete your account, content and connected-platform data within 30 days and confirm by email.

8. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent (for example by disconnecting a platform), nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. To do so, email contentai2038@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Children

Motion Studio is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use data received from Google or Meta, we will ask for your consent again before applying it.
