Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Motion Studio, operated by ContentAI at content.gkhinfoshhhx.shop. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
1. The service
Motion Studio lets you generate videos and images with AI models, keep them in a private library, and publish them to your own YouTube channel, Facebook Pages and Instagram account. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at contentai2038@gmail.com if you believe your account has been misused.
3. Third-party platforms
When you connect and publish to another platform, you also agree to that platform's terms, and you are responsible for what you publish there:
- YouTube: Motion Studio uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy.
- Facebook and Instagram: Meta Terms of Service, Instagram Terms of Use and their Community Standards.
We publish only when you press Publish, using the settings you choose. Videos uploaded to YouTube are labelled as AI-generated (altered or synthetic content). We are not responsible for how those platforms display, rank, restrict or remove your content.
4. Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in your prompts, uploads and generated media. You give us permission to store, process and transmit them only as needed to run the service for you, including sending prompts and reference images to AI model providers and sending selected media to the platforms you publish to.
You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, including photos of people, and for making sure generated content can lawfully be published.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Motion Studio to create or publish content that:
- is illegal, sexually exploits minors, or depicts real people in sexual or intimate content without their consent;
- impersonates a real person or misleads viewers into believing synthetic media is real, especially about public figures, elections, news events or health;
- harasses, threatens, or promotes violence or hatred against people;
- infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
- is spam, or violates the rules of the platform you publish to.
You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
6. AI-generated output
AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to content produced for others. Review everything before publishing. Generation charges depend on the model selected and are shown in the app.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using Motion Studio at any time, disconnect any platform, and ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, ContentAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for content you publish, or for actions taken by third-party platforms on your content or accounts.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
